Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales pitches to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  4. Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, to secure sales and maximize profitability.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in a timely and accurate manner, following company policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed about product updates, sales techniques, and best practices.
  10. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and customer acquisition/retention rates.
