Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Junior MIS Officer. This role involves assisting in the management and analysis of data to support decision-making processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry and Management: Input and manage data in the MIS system accurately and efficiently.

  2. Report Generation: Assist in generating reports from the MIS system according to specified requirements.

  3. Data Analysis: Help analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.

  4. Database Maintenance: Ensure the integrity and security of the MIS database.

  5. System Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MIS software and systems.

  6. Training: Assist in training staff on the use of the MIS system and related processes.

  7. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to existing MIS processes and procedures.
